Head-to-Head Challenges on BettorEdge

Head-to-Head (H2H) Challenges allow you to bet directly against specific friends or users on BettorEdge. This feature lets you create personalized betting matchups with users you choose, rather than being matched with random users in the marketplace.

A Head-to-Head Challenge is a direct betting proposition between you and another specific BettorEdge user. Unlike regular marketplace bets where you're matched with any available counterparty, H2H Challenges let you:

• Choose exactly who you want to bet against
• Send customized betting proposals to friends
• Create friendly wagers with personalized terms
• Enjoy betting without high fees like traditional betting platforms

You can create H2H Challenges in two simple ways:

Method 1: From the Markets Order Tab

1. Navigate to the Markets section of BettorEdge
2. Select your desired sporting event
3. Click on the Order tab
4. Click the "H2H" button
5. Review your desired quantity and price
6. Search for and select the friend or user you want to challenge
7. Click "Review/Place Order" to send the challenge to your opponent

1. Go to the profile of the friend you want to challenge
2. Click the "H2H Challenge" button to see H2H Action
3. Click "Challenge" on the H2H Action Screen
4. Select the sporting event and market you want to bet on
5. Specify your bet details
6. Submit your challenge

When someone challenges you:

1. You'll receive a notification of the pending challenge
2. Review the challenge details (event, market, amount, odds)
3. Choose to accept, decline, or counterpropose
4. If accepted, the challenge becomes active for both parties

Once a challenge is active:

• Both participants can view the challenge in their "Active Challenges" section
• The outcome will be determined automatically when the event concludes
• Winnings will be credited to the winner's account immediately after event settlement

Troubleshooting Common Issues Challenge Not Being Accepted

• Check if your friend is active on the platform
• Consider sending them a message to let them know about the challenge
• Verify that your challenge terms are reasonable

Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If an event is cancelled, the challenge will be voided automatically
• For postponed events, challenges remain active until the event is completed or officially cancelled
