Why is my 'Withdrawable Amount' different than my BettorEdge Wallet Balance?

Your withdrawable amount may differ from your total wallet balance due to unsettled deposits or promotional funds that haven't yet cleared for withdrawal. This temporary restriction protects both you and BettorEdge during the transaction clearing process.

On BettorEdge, you may notice two different balance figures:

• Total Wallet Balance: The full amount in your account that's available for betting
• Withdrawable Amount: The portion of your balance that you can currently withdraw to your bank account

1. Unsettled Deposits

• Recent bank deposits take time to fully clear (up to 7 business days)
• While deposits are immediately available for betting, they can't be withdrawn until fully settled
• These deposits appear in "POSTED" status until they complete the clearing process
• Once they change to "SETTLED" status, they become available for withdrawal

• Funds received from promotions, referral bonuses, or signup offers
• These funds may have specific requirements before they become withdrawable
• Check the terms of each promotion to understand when these funds will be available for withdrawal

To review the status of your transactions:

1. Go to your BettorEdge wallet
2. Click "View Order History"
3. Look for transactions with "POSTED" status - these are still in the clearing process
4. Transactions with "SETTLED" status have fully cleared and are available for withdrawal

BettorEdge offers an Instant Deposit feature that allows you to bet immediately with your deposited funds. However, even with Instant Deposit:

• Funds are available for betting right away
• The banking system still requires time to fully clear the transaction
• Withdrawal restrictions remain until the settlement period completes

If you're waiting to withdraw funds:

1. Check your transaction history to see which deposits are still settling
2. Note that the maximum settlement time is 7 business days
3. Continue enjoying betting with your full balance while waiting for funds to clear
4. Once transactions move to "SETTLED" status, your withdrawable amount will update accordingly
